Laura Haywood, PCC

Laura Haywood from LauraHaywoodCoaching.com is an ICF PCC Life Coach. Laura is passionate about helping clients who feel stuck and overwhelmed figure out what is holding them back, so they can confidently make choices and move forward. Laura’s specialty is working with mindset, helping clients gain clarity and re-frame their negative self-talk so they can live the life they want. Imagine More, Be More!

Laura transitioned into coaching after moving to the US from the UK, where she was a therapist for many years. After coming to the US and searching deeply, she discovered coaching was a real ‘thing’ and went through professional coach training. She loved the program so much that she stayed as part of the faculty, leading numerous cohorts and helping to shape new coaches. She is well known for her English humor and always having abundant tea.

Mildred Edwards, PH.D., ACC

Dr. Mildred Edwards from ME Executive Consulting is a distinguished ICF-certified life coach with a special focus on psychology and public health. With her academic background, including a Ph.D. in Psychology from Wichita State University and a Master of Public Health, she offers a deep understanding of human behavior and wellness. Her expertise extends to a wide range of sectors, such as healthcare, education, and government, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in different professional environments.

Mildred is a certified expert in EQi Talent Development, Authentic Leadership Coaching, and a Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. Additionally, she brings invaluable insights into Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility, aligning with today's need for inclusive leadership.

Beyond her professional achievements, Mildred is a dedicated yogi and community volunteer, reflecting TLCA's commitment to holistic development. Her approach to coaching and leadership is characterized by a blend of directness, optimism, and humor, making her sessions both impactful and enjoyable. Mildred's unique combination of skills and experiences makes her an integral part of TLCA, guiding students toward meaningful personal and professional growth.

Natalie Yodice, PCC, XCC

Natalie Yodice is a seasoned ICF-certified life coach with a special focus on mindfulness, conscious communication, and holistic wellness. With over three decades of experience in fostering trust, Natalie adeptly guides individuals toward a balanced synergy of body, mind, and spirit. Her empathic intuition and extensive knowledge in creating mindset shifts through spirituality create a unique coaching style.

Natalie's dedication to continuous learning shines through, boasting certifications from Assenter Coaching and Raleigh Coaching Academy. Beyond coaching, Natalie proudly owns Serenity Beauty and Wellness Center in Commack, NY. She integrates her holistic self-care services using aromatherapy, crystal healing, guided meditation, reiki, and breathing techniques into her coaching practice.

Most recently, Natalie has become a provider as a wellness coach for a leading virtual women’s clinic. As a multifaceted leader both personally and professionally, Natalie believes that partnering on the coaching journey is one of her most fulfilling experiences besides raising her daughter.
